You can add your Patreon.com creators to the extension with 5 ways. Before adding your creators we suggest to complete these 3 things first:
  1. Sign in to your Patreon.com account
  2. Subscribe to a Patreon.com creator
  3. Sign in to the browser extension within your browser
The first way is automatic and available only for Chrome users. Steps:
  1. Click the browser extension (Home tab) and click the 'Import creators from Patreon' button. Follow the instructions on the consent screen
    All creators you currently support, or have supported in the past, will be added to the extension (Creators Tab)
  2. Click the 'Downloads Page' button. It isn't required to have the Patreon.com page opened in your browser
The second way is also automatic. Steps:
  1. Sign in to https://patreon.cosmious.com
  2. Visit the My Creators page: https://patreon.cosmious.com/my-creators
  3. Click the 'Continue with Patreon' button in Import creators from Patreon section. Follow the instructions on the consent screen
    All creators you currently support, or have supported in the past, will be loaded. You can choose which ones to add
  4. Click the 'Downloads Page' in the browser extension
The third way is also automatic. Steps:
  1. Visit the Patreon.com creator's home page
  2. Click the browser extension (Home tab) and wait until the creator is detected
  3. Click the 'Downloads Page' button. The creator will be added to your creator's list. It isn't required to have the Patreon.com page opened in your browser
The fourth way is manual. Steps:
  1. Click the browser extension and then click the 'Add creators' button
  2. Type the creator's name in the search box and it will appear in the search results
  3. Click the 'Add creator' icon next to the creator's name and it will be added to your creator's list
  4. Click the 'Downloads Page' button
The fifth way is manual. Steps:
  1. Sign in to https://patreon.cosmious.com
  2. Visit the My Creators page: https://patreon.cosmious.com/my-creators
  3. The 'Add creators' section will appear
  4. Type the creator's name in the search box and it will appear in the search results
  5. Click the 'Add creator' icon next to the creator's name and it will be added to your creator's list
  6. Click the 'Downloads Page' in the browser extension
The 'Downloads Page' will gradually list the creator's available files.

Click the extension icon at the top of the browser bar as shown in the image below. When a creator is found, the Downloads Page button will appear. Simply click the button and the Downloads Page will list the creator's files.

On the Downloads Page, you can either select a file type filter, a file state filter, a post title filter or type a file name in the search input and the files table will return the matched results.

On the Downloads Page, you can download a file by clicking the download button (down arrow icon) next to a file in the files table.
You can also download multiple files by clicking the Start button in the Mass Download section, which requires a Premium subscription. The files will be downloaded one by one to keep your bandwidth smooth. Additionally, the extension automatically checks for broken download links. Lastly, copying the file links to clipboard allows you to save and download them later in your browser. Note that Patreon.com links expire after a certain time and you need to reload the Downloads Page daily. If you think that a file is not listed in the Downloads Page, you may contact us and we will try our best to assist you.

Registered accounts are limited to 3 pages posts whereas non registered accounts are limited to 2 pages posts. A page can include approximately at least 10 files, an average of 20-100 files, but there are pages that include more than 50,000 files. Therefore, that depends on each creator's posts' structure.

There are 3 Premium packages to subscribe to. The Premium subscriptions are solely bound to creator(s).
All packages allows you to view and download all gathered files from a creator from all pages.
Deep reading posts also gathers files from posts that are nested in the creator's posts.
Products from creator's shop are available for Premium users.
Users that are subscribed to Premium can download streaming media from patreon.com sources.
Mass (bulk) downloads are enabled for Premium subscriptions.
The Premium users can leverage the Premium features for their subscribed creators in Patreon Easy Downloader while they can also access the free content from other creators that are not subscribed in Patreon Easy Downloader.

No, the subscriptions are ordered with a single payment. They are not auto-renewed at the end of each package duration cycle.

Cancelling your order is allowed within 2 hours after the payment. You must describe the reason of the erroneous payment that is qualified for a refund.

Changing your selected creator(s) after placing your order is not allowed in most cases. If you think that your initial selection was made by mistake, you must not use the extension after the payment and contact us right away.

Download speed can be limited because Patreon.com applies speed restrictions for users who are not subscribed to the creator. To get the best download speeds, we recommend subscribing to the creator.

This happens because Patreon.com applies download restrictions for users who aren't subscribed to the creator. Large or compressed files may fail to download correctly under these limitations.
